We produce 9000 bottles annually between Brunello, Red and Riserva.
These wines come from Sangiovese cru grapes gross in purity.
The difference between Red, Brunello and Riserva is the time for aging in casks. Our work values the typical nature of the soil of Paradiso di Manfredi and the naturalism and the integrity of the wines.
